"New Address For E-Mailed Stack Test Reports and Notices"

October 7, 2003
Submitted by: Garry Kuberski, FDEP

The Central Florida District Office accepts emailed stack test reports and notices
for facilities located in the Central District. This includes reports and notices for VE tests.

Tom Mulligan is now the Compliance Supervisor. The reports and notices
should be emailed to Tom Mulligan with a copy to Garry Kuberski. They should
not be emailed to John Turner.

The following addresses should be used when emailing stack test reports, VE
only reports, and test notices: <mailto:Tom.Mulligan@dep.state.fl.us> with a
copy to <mailto:Garry.Kuberski@dep.state.fl.us>

If you have questions call me at 407-893-3992 or email me at
GarryKuberski@dep.state.fl.us
