Stack Test Reports via E-Mail

"Progress & Objectives"

August 3, 2001
Submitted by: Garry Kuberski, FDEP

The comments that I've received about e-mailed stack test reports have been very positive. I'm sure we're going to have e-mailed stack test reports faster than I thought we would. This was accomplished because the consultants, power plant people, and regulatory people are all very willing to work together to make this a success.

The present objective of the committee is to review the first few e-mailed reports and make comments. This means that the first reports will be e-mailed out to the committee and others that may be interested. After being submitted to the DEP, stack test reports become public record and are available to anyone that requests them.

If anyone objects to their stack test report being distributed, they should contact me immediately and I can direct them to the people who can respond to their concerns.
