Elemental Air, LLC. is a collection of science, design, and engineering skills put together to provide environmental services for clients that are regulated by state and federal emission standards. We pride ourselves on creating unique designs to increase testing accuracy and efficiency for monitoring of air emissions. It is the primary goal to continue to develop methods to increase accuracy as emission limits continue to become more restrictive. Understanding that all methods cannot achieve the same level of accuracy for all applications it is our goal to provide testing services that not only comply with the government standards but provide accuracy that uniquely conforms to the goals of each project. Technology is the basis by which Elemental Air conducts business. With skilled software and equipment design capabilities our mission is to provide customized products and services to best match the needs of our clients.


Elemental Air is a unique blend of testing, consulting and technology automation to provide modern environmental testing, consulting, and CEMS measurement services. Utilizing modern technology in our systems we provide fully automated continuous measurements for EPA Methods. This same technology is used in the development of our continuous emission batch monitoring systems designed to collect MACT emissions on a continuous basis. As emission limits continue to go down, technology and advance techniques for emission measurement are required to maintain the level of quality needed to determine compliance.

  • Elemental Air offers a wide variety of environmental testing services including EPA, SCAQMD, CARB, ASTM, and SW methodologies for engineering and compliance purposes.

  • Elemental Air provides consulting services that include report review, QSTI certified on-site observers, EDR generation and review, and research and combustion analysis.

  • Elemental Air offers MAPS software systems for multi-user collaborative on-line environmental management software. Instant access, secure, and dynamic documentation of environmental deadlines, limits, historical data all available 24/7 to your environmental team.

  • Elemental Air is currently developing fully automated CEMS measurement for MACT parameters (Hg, PM, Condensable PM, HCl, NH3, Metals) on a continuous basis. These systems will allow batch measurements similar to App K Mercury systems to NIST traceable emission measurement.

Elemental Air experience extends to many industries such as coal fired electric generating plants, refineries, glass manufacturing, sugar processing, steel mills, pulp and paper facilities, ethanol and bio-diesel plants, municipal solid waste recovery facilities, and sewage treatment plants. Our experience ranges from standard compliance testing to complex research and development projects to manufacturer performance acceptance testing. Elemental Air has met the challenges of extremely large and difficult testing locations and has proven ability to adapt as necessary to achieve quality testing results


Elemental Air has over 20 years of experience providing source testing, research and consulting services. Elemental Air a AETB compliance company with QSTI certified personnel has extensive experience in the coal, manufacturing (steel, sugar, chemical), solid waste incineration, pulp and paper, and petroleum industries. Large scale research projects with experimental technology and complex environmental monitoring is our specialties.


COMPANY SPECIALTIES:


Specialty products offered by Elemental Air include our environmental management software system for effective environmental collaboration. This cloud based, highly secure management system allows for multi-user real time collaboration. Other new products include Appendix K type CEMS for the measurement of HCl, Particulate Matter, Mercury, Metals, and Ammonia. NIST traceble and low cost make these systems ideal for MACT regulations. Leased systems puts the maintenance and operation of the system in Elemental Air hands allowing valuable IT resources to be utilized elsewhere.


Large scale research projects with experimental technology and complex environmental monitoring goals are our specialties.

Development of unique monitoring equipment and measurement techniques to include new methods such as CTM-039 for condensable particulate matter by dilution, FTIR measurement, large performance guarantee projects, advanced automated 3D flow profiling with fully digital sampling equipment.

Elemental Air are experts at multi-location monitoring with RS-485 network capable monitoring equipment for simultaneous automated measurements via wireless networks.
