Note - "Submit a
Free RFP for Stack Testing Services Online"
Hello
Readers,
Good news!
ActiveSET.org now supports an online form to submit a FREE Request
for Proposals (RFP) for stack testing services. Emission source
owners, managers and start-up engineers are already submitting
RFPs. The RFP form is concise, easy to use and takes 2-3 minutes.
Here's how
it works: When ActiveSET.org receives your RFP, it is uploaded
to a secure area where it can only be accessed by a select number
of stack testing firms, the "RFP Alert Group". Your
RFP remains here for a week or more to give the RFP Alert Group
the advantage of responding first.
Your RFP
is then moved to a public access page for the remainder of the
45
days - but only if you want it to. Most likely, you will get
all the bids you need from the RFP Alert Group. (You can close
your RFP at anytime.)
Prior to
awarding the contract, return to ActiveSET.org to review the
Directory Profiles of the testing firms you are considering.
Submitting
a FREE RFP takes minutes and saves you a lot of time and expense.
To see for yourself visit: www.activeset.org/rfp/rfpsubmit.htm
Have
a great day.

Coming Soon - Illustrated
Methods on CD
Due
to overwhelming request, ActiveSET.org is preparing a CD
containing all of our illustrated U.S. EPA methods for stack
testing firms to add to their compliance reports. The illustrations
will be formatted for two uses:
- "jpeg"
for high resolution, color printouts
- "gif" for electronic or "paperless" compliance
reports (regulatory
agencies are leaning towards this).
We are lining
up a few stack testing firms to try out a free beta version
of the CD prior to it's release later this summer.
